No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and delivered.

We encourage you to review all product details, sizing, and images carefully before completing your purchase. Our team is always available to assist you in making the right choice.


Exceptions

Exceptions are only made in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect item received

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
  • Clear evidence (photos/videos) must be provided

Refunds

If your case is approved:

  • You may choose between a replacement (if available) or a refund
  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method used (InstaPay or Vodafone Cash)
  • Processing time may take a few business days after approval

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept requests for:

  • Change of mind
  • Delays caused by courier services
