Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
- Payment must be completed within 30 minutes of placing the order.
- Orders that are not confirmed within this timeframe may be automatically canceled.
- Orders are only processed after payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if necessary (e.g., payment issues or operational reasons).
Products
All items are ready-to-ship and carefully inspected before dispatch.
Due to lighting and display differences, slight variations in color may occur, though we strive for accuracy.
Returns & Exchanges
At CELA, we offer exclusive, one-of-a-kind pieces to maintain uniqueness and premium quality.
Therefore, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Exceptions apply only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect item received
In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence.
